'Close to My Heart'
As a blogger, I follow several blogs. And I love reading each and every one of them! (Including the blogs of people who often say, 'Nobody reads mine,'... Mckann:))However, as I was doing my daily blog reading today, I came across this post by a role model of mine. (She ranks up their with Nie Nie for me). Her blog is called 'Close to My Heart' and everyday she inspires me to be a better person. Today, her post entitled, Friday Morning, truly touched me as it is something I have been thinking about a lot recently, and I invite all of you lovely ladies to read it as well. I'm not saying you have to follow her advice or internalize her thoughts like I may or may not do, but what she says in her post is beautiful to me and I want to share the love. <3
The tale of Katie Lifferth's Wedding
This is Katie (my sister), and she got married.

This is everybody waiting for them to come out of the
Mt. Timpanogos Temple.
Ta-da!!!

Have you ever seen her look so happy?
Look at her dashing hubby, Daren.

All the men in the wedding party had fancy socks.
How cute is that?!

My family: (From L to R)
Grandma-ma, Dano, Papa, Keke, Dare Bear, Mumsy, yours truly, Grandpa-pa.

Sisters. I love these ladies more than I love... anything. You name it.
They are my people.
Mummy and Uncle Mark.
(aka big bro and little sis).

Tyler family (minus Holly who had a concert at TCU that exact day.)
Love them!

Reception decor extraordinaire!

Pretty ladies.

Katie's besties, Michelle and Tara.

Stud, cousin Harry.

McGraw's. (My favorites.)

The decorated car.
(please not Hannah Montana on the front. Wha...?)

Goodbye Mrs. Lifferth!
(I wish I knew who she was waving to there.)

What a DAY! Katie and Daren, thank you for letting us all share in your joy and my best wishes to you both. LOVE YOU!!!

Let's take a walk down memory lane...
This was my French final nearly 2 years ago.
I got an A+ baby!!!
Anywho, I just watched it again and laughed my head off....
I'm sure you won't, but I did so... there.
Enjoy!
ps: 'Parce-que je dit' means 'Because I said so.' (It's my favorite French phrase.)
