The boyfriend's family came to visit me.

Guess who took a vacation to Florida this summer.
My charming boyfriend's family!
No, the boyfriend was not in attendance as he is still on the mission but that is okay!
I consider his family to be my family and how sweet of them was it to pay me a visit!!

L-R, top to bottom
Brother, sister, Dad
Nephew 1, Mom
Nephew 3, Nephew 4
And how could we forget the sweetest little baby, Niece 1.

We rode lots of rides while waiting for the rain to die down. That's right, it POURED while they were here. How sad! But that didn't bother the boyfriend's family. Despite the weather, they had a positive attitude. Honestly, that was probably my favorite part of their visit.

Of course, we ended the night by watching the special July 4th week fireworks.
God bless America!

Thennnnn about 12 hours later (the next day) they visited Belle in France which was SO kind of them to do especially because it was pouring (again--shocker) and they were all so exhausted! However, I do know that it meant THE WORLD to Belle that they stopped by. So from her to me, THANK YOU, boyfriend's family. I sure do love you guys and feel so blessed to have you in my life!

I went to the beach.

Did you guys know the ocean water in Florida is WARM?

It was the greatest moment of my life when I stepped into what I thought was going to be the cold, frigid water, only to find that it was-- PLEASANT.

It made me wish I was a mermaid.

Don't pretend that you're surprised I did this.

Oh wait...

A huge thank you to my dear friend, Jess, who was able to drive us there.

It's a pity y'all don't know Lindsay and Jess.
They're the greatest.

If you ever find yourself in Florida, you should probably pay a visit to Cocoa Beach. I highly recommend it.

Hi, everyone.

Hi, everyone.
It has been a long, long time.
My deepest apologies.
But I actually have a good reason for it!
At first it was because I was taking a little break from techncology.
But now, it's because my laptop has more or less died.
(Right now I am using a computer in my old apartment complex's computer lab).
I only have 3 months left here in Florida so I don't want to go through the hassle of getting a new one because public transportation is kind of a tricky thing so if for the next three months, this blog is blogless, that is why!

Oh, but something important, I moved!
My new address is:

Alexandra Agle
8103 Patterson Fox Drive
Unit 1202
Orlando, FL. 32821

And I'm just sayin', my new digs are SUH-WEET! I have yet to see a cocroach and I live just two buildings away from my BFF Lindsay. Life is so good.

Thank you all for the love and support, I will hopefully be writing soon!

Blizzard Beach

On Monday, L, (boy) Alex and I went to Blizzard Beach. It was my first time and I was so freakin' excited!!! (SNL reference right there.) Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the slides because, well, I couldn't exactly let my phone get wet now could I, so you'll just have to use your imagination.

First off, if you haven't been to Blizzard Beach, you should. It's so fun! But the theme is what is coolest, I think. There's Christmas music playing the whole time (which is almost annoying considering I refuse to listen to Christmas music until December 1st but hey, I made an exception for this one) and there's even a ski lift that takes you to the very high slides.

The Sand Pale
(Boy) Alex asked if we wanted icecream and how could L and I decline? I don't know if I realized just how much icecream he was talking about though. He ordered, 'The Sand Pale'. It is literally a sand pale of icecream, cookies, and whipped cream.

Vine:

Blizzard Beach's scariest water slide is called, 'Summit Plummet'. I think it's safe to say L and I were a teensy bit nervous. (And by teensy bit I mean a lot nervous.) Right before it was our turn, both of our voices got really high and we couldn't really stop laughing. It's weird, I know, but it's how we coped.

I honestly don't remember it being super scary because it hurt so badly! Yikes. If someone can invent a waterslide that doesn't kill your back as you slide down at 100000000 mph, they will make millions.

Hipster
Of course, how could I go somewhere new and not owl? I chose a spot right between The Snowmen Family. Don't we look adorable?

Owling
Next up is Typhoon Lagoon. I can't wait for that because guess what! YOU CAN SWIM WITH SHARKS!!! I can't even deal. So excited.

8/2/13

Who has 2 thumbs and has decided to extend her program until August? THIS GIRL. I just can't leave you, Disney World. So that, my dear friends, means my new ending date will be August 2nd. Now, about this Florida summer coming up... I'm going to die.

the return: josh and brit

So guys.
I like to watch homecoming videos sometimes and I can't help but shed a tear or two whenever I watch them.........
However, this particular one made me SOB.
Like the gross kind of sobbing.
It's just so sweet.
Sheesh.
Less than 100 days until we reach the one year mark but who's counting?
(Me. I'm counting.)
Tonight, I really miss my boyfriend and wish I could get his advice on some things.
He always knows just what to say.
