I got a new phone today. I decided to type in my blog address. I typed in Sashaspeaks.blogspot.com. Guess what? That's not my address! (whoopsies) That's somebody else's blog. Mine is sha-sha-speaks.blogspot.com. (in case ya didn't know) Woah. They're so close! Too close... Hmm.

I want to be a Mom.

It was my wonderful Mother's birthday yesterday.
Ya know how we celebrated? She made us her favorite dinner and dessert.
Why? Because she's awesome like that.

Growing up, I have wanted to be a spy, a ballerina, a police officer, a teacher, an actor, a chef, a lawyer, a surgeon... you name it! No one was going to stop me from "living my life." But over the past few years, my thinking has changed. And I want to be a Mom. Just like my Mama; because of my mama. Thank you for that Mumsy.

If you don't know my Ma, I think it's safe to say you are missing out. She is the kindest, sweetest, most caring person I've ever met and I hope to be like her one day.

She is such a blessing to me and I think it's safe to say I'll love her forever and ever! (Because I can and all.)
It was your birthday yesterday, Mama! I sure do hope it was happy.
You're one of my biggest blessings in my  life and I just love you so much.

Amy's Dream Wedding 2.0

Remember my most recent post I wrote about Amy and her dream wedding? Well, my Grandma is awesome and pointed out to me that I put the wrong web site address as to where you can go vote.

I believe today is the last day to vote. And when they still revealed the results of the voting, Amy and Derek were 4% behind. 4%, that's all! Come on people, we can do this!

I don't ask for much (aside from the Best Buddies Palooza event which Mr. C, DJ, Mar Par, Rachel, and Erin came too-- thanks guys. What great friends I have!), but I am asking for your help with this. I would really love to help Amy's dream come true. And unfortunately, I can't do it by myself. I wouldn't be asking if it wasn't important to me (and it's not even my wedding, here! I know, I'm weird.) so thank you, thank you, thank you for your help.

I truly appreciate it.
